The Ontario Ministry of Natural Resources and Forestry (MNRF), Kenora District has approved the 2018/2019 annual work schedule (AWS) for the Kenora Forest. The AWS describes the forest management activities (road construction, harvest, site preparation, renewal, tree planting, tending, etc.) that may occur from April 1, 2018 to March 31, 2019.
The AWS will be available for public inspection at the Miisun Integrated Resources Management Inc. office and the MNRF public website at www.ontario.ca/forestplans, beginning March 15th, 2018 and throughout the one year operating term.
